Nanci Williamson graduated from Germantown Beauty College in 1990 and spent eight years working for Regis salons in New York.

Originally from Willow Grove, she decided to come home and start her own business. Nanci started Designs by Nanci in 1998. The shop has been serving the Roslyn area ever since.
